Senior Training commences on Tuesday 18 February

Sessions will be held at the usual venue, the Sports Hall at Ardingly College

We have the normal time slot of 8pm to 10pm and the sessions will run every Tuesday up to and including 22 April

It would be great to see as many of you there as possible, especially those who will be or are aspiring to play a part in the Club’s league campaigns this year

When available, Phil Weir will be running the training sessions and there will be a mix of fitness, fielding and technical work as well as the usual net practice

Cost is £4 each per session for all participants
